We are hiring for three architectural roles to grow our dynamic team in Farringdon:
Senior Architect (10+ years experience)
We are seeking a Senior Architect with 10+ years experience managing complex projects in a project architect role. The Senior Architect will be responsible for the design and technical development of projects, day-to-day design decisions, project management and coordination, and ensuring compliance with best practice design standards and statutory regulations. Depending on the practice’s needs, they may lead a project, manage a complex work package, or contribute specialised skills and expertise across several projects.

Experienced Architect (5+ years experience)
We are looking for an architect with 5+ years of experience, specifically with design team coordination and liaising with contractors and clients. Architects are responsible for making a significant contribution to the delivery of projects cross all work stages, taking responsibility for specific packages of work or, depending on level of experience, acting in a Project Architect role, leading a project independently with guidance from an Associate or Associate Director.

Part II Architectural Assistant
Part II Architectural Assistants will work as part of a team taking direction from a Project Architect or Associate, and will be responsible for assisting in the design and production of projects within the studio. The role requires a completed RIBA Part II qualification, with a developing knowledge of the UK construction industry and an understanding of RIBA work stages and project organisation. The successful candidate will have a well-rounded knowledge of software and design processes, and may be in the process of developing a specialism in a certain skill.
